Ken Stockman
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ken Stockman is a proven entrepreneur and executive
with a track record in founding technology companies and executive management
of healthcare companies. As CEO of his last venture, NewportWorks was
sold to a fortune 500 company generating a positive return for investors.
His healthcare experience includes redesigning the organization structure
of a MSO, was acting COO of a web-based Healthcare Plan automation software
company and created a handheld product strategy for the home healthcare
industry.
Jim Corbett
Chief Technology Officer
Jim Corbett has an excellent reputation
in the healthcare industry as a technology leader. Prior to joining Dynamic,
Corbett served as Vice President of Information Systems for Physician
WebLink, overseeing technology development for Monarch Healthcare, where
he was responsible for the development and continual enhancement of software
solutions and custom applications to improve operating abilities. He previously
ran his own software development firm for 5 years.

Brooks Corbin
Chief Financial Officer
Brooks Corbin is a seasoned operational
and business development financial executive. He has been the first
CFO
for four companies that all have successfully reached profitability,
leading them to profitable exit opportunities for the investors. Brooks
holds
an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, bachelor’s degrees
in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University and
is a CPA and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).

Dennis Walsh
Board of Advisors, Member
Dennis Walsh is a veteran sales and marketing executive
with more than 30 years of experience driving growth and success for leading
healthcare industry companies. Throughout his career, Dennis held a variety
of executive sales and marketing positions with healthcare companies,
guiding them to market leadership while achieving robust financial growth.
His career includes senior posts at US Labs, Apria Heathcare Group, Homedco
Group, Inc., and National Medical Homecare. Following his success at Apria,
he joined US Labs, which he positioned for a $160 million acquisition
by Lab Corp, after propelling its revenue expansion by 120% in three years.
Terry Hartshorn
Board of Advisors, Member
Terry Hartshorn is an entrepreneur, investor and senior
business executive with deep healthcare industry knowledge. Terry recently
concluded serving 12 years as a director of PacifiCare Health Systems,
Inc., which generates revenues in excess of $13 billion and has approximately
10,000 employees. He was the founding and chief executive officer of PacifiCare,
growing the company to one of the largest consumer healthcare providers
in the U.S., and served in that position until 1993. Earlier in his career,
Hartshorn held various senior management positions in physician group
practices and hospitals. He began his career in 1969 as an officer with
the U.S. Public Health Service. Terry is a recipient of the Ernst &
Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for health and life sciences.
Dr. Bart Asner
Board of Advisors, Member
Dr. Asner serves as CEO and member of the board of directors for Monarch
HealthCare, an IPA model medical group providing care to 175,000 commercial
and senior HMO members. He is currently a Board Member and was the past
Chairman of the California Association of Physician Groups (CAPG). Board
certified in pediatrics, he was in pediatric practice from 1979 to 1997
and was president of Southern Orange County Pediatric Associates. In addition
to his distinguished professional affiliations, Dr. Asner is a member and
Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Integrated Healthcare Association
(IHA), a statewide policy group that brings together the top decision makers
from the major sectors of the health care industry. Dr. Asner is a fellow
of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American College
of Physician Executives. He is a much sought after speaker on issues concerning
health care delivery in a managed care model.
Guy Henshaw
Board of Advisors, Member
Guy Henshaw is the Managing Partner of Henshaw Vierra
Management Counsel, LLC, a management consulting company based in Walnut
Creek, California. Guy's career includes significant experience in commercial
banking and the payroll service industry. He spent twenty-five years of
his career in commercial banking, including time with Security National
Bank, Bank of America and as Founder, President and Chief Financial Officer
of CivicBanCorp, which later merged with City National Bank. He is also
the former Chairman and CEO of PayDay, a payroll service company. Guy has
served for over fourteen years on the Board of Directors of Fair Isaac
Corporation, the leading software company specializing in analytics. In
addition, he holds board seats at Research & Diagnostic Antibodies
LLC, Ripon College Board of Trustees, and John Muir Health. Guy earned
his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ripon College and completed his
Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Paul Torrens

Dr. Paul Torrens is Professor of Health Services, teaches
courses in health services organization and financing, health services
organization and theory, managerial processes in health service organizations
and managed care. Dr. Torrens received his M.D. from Georgetown University
and his M.P.H. from Harvard University. A physician by initial training,
he has had a long career in the two areas of health care management and
health care policy. He has also many years of membership on governing boards
of health care organizations of various kinds; he currently serves on the
Board of Directors of Blue Shield of California, as well as the Board of
PacificCare Behavioral Health of California. He is also a member of the
Financial Solvency Standards Board, Department of Managed Care, State of
California, and the Attorneys General Task Force on Charity Care.
Meg O’Toole
Advisor
Meg O’Toole is a 25-year executive level healthcare
industry expert whose distinguished career included company-wide responsibility
for Medicare operations with Foundation Health Corporation, which include
identifying new market opportunities, achieving enrollment and revenue
objectives and coordination all CMS communications. She also has held
executive positions with CareMore Insurance Services, AHI Healthcare Systems
and FHP. Meg currently runs her own healthcare industry consulting practice.
