Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAO) that plan to offer a Fully Integrated Dual SNP in 2012 should consider participating in the 2011 Dual SNP HOS.  There will be additional administration costs to support the changes in the HOS methodology (not yet released) that the MAO will need to bear.
