Customer Support Analyst
Dynamic Healthcare Systems has an opportunity for a Customer Support Analyst to provide professional, courteous customer and internal support while ensuring accurate analysis, resolution, reported product failures, configuration problems and technical inquiries. Job focus is supporting our Best in Class, comprehensive enterprise software solution and related operating systems and features.
The Role:
- Data Analysis – basic data analytics using Microsoft access, excel, or running basic SQL queries.. Review of file formats and layouts.
- Tier 1 Customer Support. Develop and provide accurate and creative solutions for customer issues resulting in a timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on customer satisfaction.
- SoftwareApplication Support – Navigation through the Voyager UI for client support.
- Conduct product testing. Create and write testing scripts. Document problem description, error message, troubleshooting steps, recommendations or action plan to supervisor.
- Communicate with customer support team on critical issues requiring immediate attention.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in CS, IS and/or the equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience working with and/or troubleshooting "proprietary" Software in high capacity / high availability environments.
- Experience and/or knowledge of basic Quality Assurance protocols and script writing.
- Aptitude and ability to provide positive support and good communication, problem solving, and basic technical writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage many multiple customer support issues simultaneously,
- Work independently and with team members, and communicate with team and organization to solve challenging problems.
Technical and software Applications:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint
- SQL – Basic knowledge and ability to run and/or modify queries
