Account Manager
The Business Analyst is responsible for researching, developing and translating client and market needs into comprehensive software business requirements.
The Role:
- Manage all client relationships, project plans and
work product.
- Primary responsibility is to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Interface with other departments to resolve client issues and
concerns.
- Organize implementation process to ensure client satisfaction
through project plans, status reports and client interaction.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in successful account management.
- Understanding of and experience in the Payer sector
of the Healthcare market.
- Must have experience within a CMS regulated environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Outlook,
Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
