Account Manager

The Business Analyst is responsible for researching, developing and translating client and market needs into comprehensive software business requirements.

The Role:

  • Manage all client relationships, project plans and work product.
  • Primary responsibility is to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with other departments to resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Organize implementation process to ensure client satisfaction through project plans, status reports and client interaction.


Skills and Requirements
:

  • Experience in successful account management.
  • Understanding of and experience in the Payer sector of the Healthcare market.
  • Must have experience within a CMS regulated environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
