Senior Sales Executive

Dynamic Healthcare Systems has an opportunity for a proven Sr. Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategy in our high growth software market, delivering a cost and revenue optimization SaaS solution (including reimbursement, analytics, reporting, audit, etc.) to healthcare payers (e.g. major healthcare plans and MCOs). The target market is health insurance companies across the U.S. who operate in the government programs arena, with an emphasis on Medicare and Medicaid.

The ideal candidate will create and drive revenue from new accounts. The individual must be dynamic, aggressive and articulate with a proven sales track record in the industry. This is a great – performance driven - opportunity for a motivated sales professional. This individual must be a documented closer, who works well with clients, but is a self starter, needing very little daily supervision.

The Role: Reporting to the President, the Sr. Sales Executive is an individual contributor role responsible for revenue generation spanning both direct and indirect channels. The candidate will have proven success selling emerging technology into the healthcare payer market, specifically enterprise scale software and services. This is a hands-on role that includes selling and closing.

o   70%   Creating, cultivating and progressing sales pipeline.  Move accounts in pipeline to opportunity and then to close.  Process will include prospecting via cold calling and networking, following up on inbound leads, participating in trade shows and aggressively networking to reach key decision makers.

o   15%   Gaining and maintaining sufficient knowledge of our Voyager product suite and the company to be able to provide sales oriented demonstrations as part of the prospect evaluation process.  Keep abreast of the competition, our competitive advantage, general changes to the industry to help facilitate successful consultative selling and presentation of the Dynamic value proposition and Voyager product.

Skills and Requirements
:

o   Requires demonstrated success selling emerging technology into the healthcare payer market (must have), specifically healthcare related software and services, consistently achieving or exceeding quotas in the $3-5M range.

Location:  Irvine, CA or any U.S. location near a major airport.
