Dynamic Healthcare Systems, Inc. Announces
Appointment Of Jim Corbett As Chief Technology Officer

Irvine, Calif. – October 13, 2005 - Dynamic Healthcare Systems, Inc. has appointed Jim Corbett to the position of Chief Technology Officer. Corbett will oversee Dynamic’s technology and system’s architecture, as well as its software development. Dynamic Healthcare Systems is providing advanced information technology solutions which help plans, medical management organizations and physicians to effectively capture, store, access and report critical medical information in response to changes in CMS Regulations.

Corbett will join Dynamic’s executive operating committee, which includes Ken Stockman, Chief Executive Officer; Jay Baker, Vice President of Marketing and Product Management; and Brooks Corbin, Chief Financial Officer.

Corbett has an excellent reputation in the healthcare industry as a technology leader. Prior to joining Dynamic, Corbett served as Vice President of Information Systems for Physician WebLink, overseeing technology development for Monarch Healthcare, where he was responsible for the development and continual enhancement of software solutions and custom applications to improve operating abilities. He previously ran his own software development firm for 5 years.
